Thesis: Software implementations /allowing new approaches toward data analysis, modeling and curation of biological knowledge for Systems Medicine (2021).

I have a diverse background, from mathematics and computer science, to software engineering and modeling. My strongest quality is careful, analytical thinking. I like writing clean and test-driven software that enables technological applications, as well as analyzing and visualizing data to facilitate understanding of biological processes. For this project I developed a computational pipeline for finding effective combinatorial therapies for colon cancer, enabling thus personalized patient treatment.
