I'm a PhD candidate developing computational pipelines that combine Boolean modelling, biological data, and AI to create personalised cancer models. These models simulate drug effects and predict treatment outcomes, which we test experimentally. With the experimental responses, we go back to refine the pipeline, completing a full systems biology loop.

I’m also passionate about science communication, and in this journey, I have created SPARK (Sharing Perspectives and Reinforcing Knowledge), a card game to spark ethical discussions around AI and precision medicine.

When I’m not debugging my code or at the gym, I fix my plants and flowers at home or explore food spots in Trondheim.
